Personal Growth and Clarity, Reflection

1. What am I most proud of accomplishing this Year?

Make a list of everything you accomplished this year, no matter how big or small, and celebrate these achievements! Take a look at your list and reflect on how each accomplishment has contributed to your growth.

2. What challenges did I face, and how did I overcome them?

Even though you really crushed some of your goals you may have experienced some obstacles along the way. Something you can do is reflect on how you felt, what you did, how you reacted, and what you have done differently. Doing this builds self-awareness, highlights personal resilience, and adaptability.

3. How have my priorities shifted this year?

What life changes have occurred this year that have influenced what you value the most? Did you experience any major life changes such as a relationship, a career change or loss, or your self-care routine.

4. What habits or routines have helped me thrive?

What actually worked for you? This can be anything from your daily movements or self-care practices that have helped you improve your overall well-being. You could even take a step further and audit what you could change as we are constantly striving for growth.

5. How have I grown in terms of self-love and confidence?

Assess your progress in embracing self-love. Have you noticed how you talk about yourself or how you talk to yourself? Have you noticed your thoughts about yourself shift? You might have even noticed your confidence grow. If you’re still working on this, how can you show yourself more grace? Highlight the things you love about yourself, the good things that have happened in your days, and the things you do feel confident about. Build off of those things and keep building your confidence muscle. A journal to write self-affirmations or speaking positive things to yourself in the mirror is a great practice to take up!

6. What relationships have positively influenced my growth?

You don’t need a large group of friends, but friends who align with your values. Recognize those connections whether its personal or professional. Our vision for ourselves has a lot to do with the people you surround yourself with. Who uplifts ands supports you? These connections help foster gratitude and deeper connection.

7. What areas of my life need more attention or change?

Consider aspects like health, career, or personal passions that may need a reset or deeper focus. Are you thriving at work but unhappy or feeling sick or tired most of the time? Is one part of your life gaining more attention than others? How can you use your energy wisely without giving up too much time to just one thing?

8. What fears or limiting beliefs am I ready to let go of?

You can do this. This is a hard one because we are often our biggest critic and even the number one person to stop ourselves before even trying. Don’t be that person for yourself! In fact, you should be your biggest supporter. Identify and release anything holding you back from making your vision come true. Let go of those limiting beliefs and ditch the “what if’s.” This might be the thing that is holding your back from reaching your full potential.

9. What do I want to continue working on in the coming new year?

This is important because where the energy goes, the energy flows, and we don’t want to waste of that energy to things that don’t serve us. Create a sense of direction for yourself by identifying key areas for continued growth, whether it’s wellness, confidence, or other passions. How do you want to spend your time in the new year?

10. What does success look like for me moving forward?

Vision boards can do a lot for your success. This is a good time to re-evaluate your goals and create a vision board that matches your current goals. What do you see in your future? What intentions do you have for the new year? A vision board can be anything from a collage of words and pictures that resonate with your goals but it can also be sticky notes with your goals written on them. Pro tip: write your goals down as if you accomplished them already, in past-tense. For example, instead of “I want to launch my clothing line” you will write “I launched my clothing line!”

Personal growth is not a destination but a lifelong journey. Once we become complacent we begin to undermine our confidence and we miss opportunities for joy and fulfillment. Life changes and if don’t continue to change and grow with it, our adaptability lessens.

This last quarter of the year, you should want to end the year with purpose and align yourself with your focus. Take time to reflect on these questions. This allows us to celebrate our progress and identify areas for growth. Personal development is a continuous journey, and every step, whether big or small, contributes to our evolution. By understanding where we have been and where we want tog o, we can set powerful intentions for the year ahead, embracing it with clarity, confidence, and self-love.

So, grab a journal, find a quiet space, and give yourself the gift of reflection. Remember the most important relationship you have is with yourself, and investing in your growth will always pay off. Here’s to finishing the year strong and stepping into the new one with purpose.
